How we work
Domestic logistics
Origin and destination branches are stored on each entry. Movement follows pickup or drop-off, dispatch, arrival, last-mile and delivery — or hold, return or cancel.
Customer experience
Customers keep a receipt, track it here, and contact CSR if a status needs context.
Technology and tracking
The website queries the live logistics database. There is no separate marketing tracker and no invented map layer.
